You should take regular backups of all your documents, files, pictures, music etc, as you may never know when your system may suddenly crash due to a virus attack or a hardware failure. You can backup files on your hard drive, any external drive such as USB flash drive, network drive etc. A good part of this tool is that it does only incremental backups, that is back up of changes that happened to the file since it’s last modification, thus saving time.

Features include compression of backup files (in .zip or .7z format), a clean up option to delete unwanted files, filters for quick selection of files and folders based on extensions, size etc, shortcuts on desktop to run automatic backups whenever required, and logging of backup events. A drawback of Back4Sure is that it does not allow you to schedule backups.
