I used your excellent instructions for bluetoothing phone contacts to PC BUT my windows 7 screen (BLUETOOTH PHONE OPERATIONS AND SETTINGS) for the transfer is missing the options to backup, restore, browse, and send — these four options simply do not appear on the screen. Everything else on the screen is identical to what you have screen printed on your website, but those options are missing. I can select pictures from my phone and copy them and I was successful in sending some contacts in outlook format, but what I really want to do is to be able to send my entire address book since I am getting a new phone (the new company will transfer my contacts, but I want to have a backup). This must be a windows 7 issue. Thanks.
