PwnageTool 4.1.3 unlock edition has been released by the iPhone Dev Team. This version of PwnageTool lets you create a custom firmware for iOS 4.2.1 and iOS 4.1 with 06.15.00 baseband taken from iPad 3.2.2 firmware. iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G users who want to unlock their device on baseband 05.14.02 or higher need to first update their baseband to 06.15.00 using PwnageTool 4.1.3.

For all those who are eagerly awaiting the new unlock for iPhone 3GS, 3G on baseband 05.1.402, here is some news. As you already know the new Ultrasn0w has been confirmed to be released on Nov 28, Sunday. So it’s going to be available in Cydia anytime soon.
