Download Hulu, YouTube, MySpace Videos With StreamTransport

Hulu, being the most popular online streaming site for watching TV shows, there are many free Hulu downloaders such as Miro, Hulu Video Downloader and so on. Here is a new tool for downloading online streaming videos, including Hulu, YouTube, Google Video, MySpace, DailyMotion, MTV, CBS, Veoh and other popular video sharing sites.

By downloading videos to your Computer, you can watch them offline, or convert to 3GP and watch them on a portable device. This is the reason why there are so many video downloaders such as YouTube Downloader, MySpace Downloader for Firefox, Google Video downloader, and so on.

StreamTransport is a free application, with a simple built-in browser, and a bottom panel showing all the streaming URLs. Browse to the video streaming site in it’s browser, and play the video that you want to download. Any streaming videos on that page will now be shown in the URL list.

In the screenshot below, you can see one of our YouTube videos (Bose Companion 2 Series ii review) being streamed in StreamTransport’s browser, and the YouTube download link automatically grabbed by the program and placed in the download list.

Select the videos that you want to download, and click the ‘Download’ button. This will open up the downloads window, showing the list of all currently going on downloads. You can view details such as filename, total size of the video, downloaded size & percentage, speed, time remaining, and so on. Once the downloads are complete, you can open the folders containing the files by clicking on the ‘Locate’ button.

Most streaming videos are of FLV format, which can be easily played in VLC Media Player. You could also convert these FLV files with any of the freely available Video Converters.
