VLC media player for Windows is a highly versatile multimedia player which supports a very wide range of audio and video formats like MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, DivX, MPEG-1, mp3, ogg, aac, FLV, FLAC etc. without any need for additional codecs. Customization of User Interface

How to change skins?

The skins folder can be found in the VLC installation directory (usually it is C:\Program Files\VLC\skins unless and until you have chosen a different path during installation).

1. Place the downloaded skins in this directory (after unzipping them if required).
2. Go to Tools –> Preferences –> Interface Tab.
3. In the Interface Type section, choose skins radio button and then select the skin file that you want using the Browse button.
Once you have selected skin option, from now onwards you can change skins just by right clicking anywhere on the vlc media player (outside the video display) and go to Interface –> Choose Skin.
