Fix 0x000000D1 Stop Blue Screen Error Message When Removing SD Card From Windows 7 PC

According to Microsoft, the issue occurs when you insert SD card in memory card slot of your PC, start your PC, and then remove the SD Card after successful login. Windows 7 crashes with BSOD stop error message resembling the following:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x000000D1 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

The parameter1, 2, and 3 values varies depending upon your computer configuration.
