Hide Desktop Icons Automatically with DeskDuster

Is your Desktop too cluttered with icons? You must have often tried to get a clean desktop by deleting unwanted icons, but somehow you always end up with loads of them. What if you could magically make these icons disappear when you don’t need them and get the full view of your beautiful desktop wallpaper ? DeskDuster 2010 is a small Windows utility which lets you show or hide the desktop items in a snap. 

This free application sit’s in your system tray and can show/hide the desktop icons in a couple of clicks. Alternatively you can set an idle time between 1 and 20 minutes and DeskDuster will automatically hide the desktop icons when your PC is inactive for the set time.

Any mouse or keyboard activity will bring back your desktop items. The timer configuration screen is accessible through a double click of it’s system tray icon, while the show/hide actions are available from a right click.
