How To Always Run A Program As Administrator In Windows 7
Suppose you were logged in as a limited user and you need to run a program in administrator mode. Normally in Windows XP, you could right click on the program’s shortcut and select the ‘Run as’ command so that you don’t have to log off and log in again. In Windows Vista and it’s successor Windows 7 the ‘Run as’ command is replaced by the ‘Run as administrator‘ in the right click context menu.

You could right click on the program each time and select ‘Run as administrator’. Or you could make the application always start in administrator mode by following these steps:
1. Right click on the program’s shortcut and choose ‘Properties’.
2. In the ‘Shortcut’ tab, click on the ‘Advanced…’ button.

3. In the ‘Advanced Properties’ dialog that follows, select the check box ‘Run as administrator’ and click OK to save your changes.

From now on whenever you run the program through the shortcut, it will always open in Administrator mode.
