How to disable Searchwiki Notes from your Google Search Results
Google’s SearchWiki feature lets you customize your Google Web Search results by ranking, removing, and adding notes to them. This feature shows up only when you are signed in. If you find this feature annoying and want to get back to normal search results without signing out, then you can hide it by these steps:
1. Click on “Preferences” link on the search results page (shown in the screenshot below).

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the “Preferences” page to find the “Searchwiki” section and check the option “Hide the ability to share, promote, remove, comment, or add your own results”.

3. Click on “Save Preferences” button that can be found towards top right of the page.
Note that hiding the controls doesn’t delete your preferences; while you’re signed in to your Google Account, your favorite sites will still appear at the top, and results you’ve deleted still won’t show up. You can always undo the changes and restore search results back to normal.
