How to Minimize all Inactive windows using Aero Shake in Windows 7?

Windows 7 has a feature which helps you manage your open windows by using a simple shake concept. The Aero Shake feature of Windows 7 allows you to clear the inactive windows from your desktop by “shaking” the window that you are working with!
Left Click the title bar of your active window and shake it in order to clear your desktop from unwanted windows. To bring all of them back, shake again!
