How To Remove Search Bar From Firefox Navigation ToolBar

Firefox Navigation ToolBar can be highly customized to suit our needs. The Search Bar which is a part of the Navigation Toolbar can be added or removed as desired.

To Remove Search Bar from Firefox Navigation ToolBar

1. Open the ‘Customize Toolbar‘ Window either by
Going to View –> Toolbars –> Customize or

By choosing ‘Customize’ after right clicking on any of the Toolbars (Menu Bar, Navigation Bar or Bookmarks Toolbar)

2. Now drag and drop the Search Bar from the Navigation Bar on the ‘Customize Toolbar’ window as shown in the demonstration video below.

3. Close the ‘Customize Toolbar’ window by clicking ‘Done’. You will find the Search Box removed from the Navigation Bar.

To Add Search Bar to Firefox Navigation ToolBar

1. Open the ‘Customize Toolbar’ Window

2. Find the ‘Search‘ Item (See the below screenshot)

3. Drag and Drop this Item onto the Navigation Bar to the position where you want it placed.
