How To Turn Off All Sounds In Windows 7 Automatically On Call

While Windows 7 reduces all such sounds by 80% whenever it detects that you are on a phone call, you may want to completely turn them off for good. Here is how you can do it.
1. Go to Start Menu –> Control Panel –> Sound.
2. In the Communications tab of Sound, click on Mute all other sounds under the section When Windows detects communications activity.
