PlayStation 3 Firmware 3.60 Jailbroken! [Video]
Sony has recently released an update for PlayStation 3 in the form of firmware 3.60. This one was released to fix any vulnerabilities and exploits that may have existed in PS 3 3.56 firmware. You may be already aware that Sony has sued Geohot for jailbreaking PlayStation 3 3.55 firmware. So has this stopped hackers from jailbreaking PS 3 further?
Well, the Sony lawsuit definitely did not deter hackers from trying their hands at jailbreaking PS 3. However it did stop them from making the jailbreak public! Not long after PS 3 3.60 has been released, a hacker by the name Winocm (YouTube user ID, later deleted due to scare of catching Sony’s attention) has been able to jailbreak PlayStation 3.

PS 3 3.60 brought some new features including the ‘boot saved games from the Cloud’ service to PlayStation Plus Subscribers, in addition to fixing some security loopholes.
Check out the below video in which PS3 3.60 is shown to be jailbroken and some third party files installed on it.
