Take Notes And Sync With Google Docs Using NoteSync

Google Docs is one of the most widely used online tools for storing and sharing documents, with user-friendly features such as batch conversion and downloading of files. NoteSync, a currently free for use program which is still in Beta stage lets you make quick notes and send them to your Google Docs account in a jiffy.

This is similar to the ‘Send To Google Docs’  Chrome extension that lets you send captured webpage screenshots as well as images, PDF files directly to your Google Docs account with a single click. NoteSync supports keyboard shortcuts including CTR+L for bringing it’s search bar into focus, and offline mode, making your note taking life much more easy.

With NoteSync, you can create notes, get search results for notes as you start typing , delete a note. Only previews are displayed in the list of notes, and selecting a note shows the whole note in the bottom panel. The best part of this tool is that it automatically syncs your notes every other minute with your Google Docs account, so you don’t lose any of them even if you forget to hit the ‘Sync’ button.

NoteSync uses secure transmission (HTTPS) and stores the notes locally on your computer after encrypting them. This note taking program is set to have an iPhone application to be released in the near future, so that you can access your notes from anywhere. We have already posted about Fenix Notes Lite, an iPhone app for taking notes.

NoteSync Beta is available for free. However the final version will not be free. So grab a copy of the Beta program before it becomes unavailable.
