For adding feeds from your Google Reader, tap the settings icon in the top right corner, then tap the + sign in the Manage Sources screen. In the following screen, go to the Reader tab to enter your login credentials. Add your favorite feeds to Pulse main screen by tapping the + icon next to each of the sources.
