Sony To Launch Dual-Screen Android Tablet “S2”
Tablets are on fire! Sony is going to debut its dual-screen Android tablet soon which will be a successor to Sony’s first PlayStation Tablet “S1”. S2 is reported to have a clamshell-type and will be a dual-screen tablet. Almost same specs, S1 had, S2 will carry including the WiFi and the Tegra 2 processor from NVIDIA. The front and rear camera facility is also adopted in S2 just like the predecessor.

The only difference between the two is the screen and display which is quite superb in case of S2. The dual-screen feature will facilitate the user to the maximum with help of Android. Which version of Android will S2 have still remains an unanswered question. However, seeking the nature, Honeycomb is expected to be modified to maximize the dual-screen advantage.
This wonderful tablet will allow users to use these two screens for different programs. For example, if you are listening to music, once screen will provide the playlist to choose a music file and the other will show you what’s being played. However, the big challenge is to re-manufacture the whole Android apps to fit in dual-screen.
Will Sony come up with an outstanding gadget just the Acer Iconia is? Let us see but whatever will be the result, Android has ridden a flight which is on a rise and will continue to until a competitor or a rival (iPad definitely) limit this plane’s flight.
