Sync Any MP3 Music Player With iTunes Using iTunes Agent
Many of us use iTunesto organize, playback music and to download tracks from the Apple store. Unfortunately iTunes is set to synchronize only with an iPod by default. iPhone and iPod users have other alternatives to iTunes syncing, such as Yamipod, CopyTrans Manager, iPhone Explorer, etc. But other portable music players are completely left out, with no way to sync them with iTunes.
iTunes Agent, a free and open source program lets you synchronize iTunes music library with any MP3 player such as Sony Play station, Sony Ericsson Walkman phone, etc. With iTunes Agent, you can configure and have customized settings for multiple MP3 devices, and associate each device with it’s own Smart Playlist. The application runs from the System Tray, keeps looking for any connected devices, automatically identifies them by using token identification from a previous connection, and lets you synchronize music in a few clicks. A very good tool, definitely worth downloading.
Works with Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP
